First time Purchasing a Phone from Walmart
As any NEW PHONE you have to set it up and Customize it the way you want it. I truly have to say I enjoyed playing around with the settings. I saw a few negative reviews on the Samsung A16 and I was hesitant at first. One of my Friends told me she loves hers. So... I took a chance and I could not be happier. The Fonts can be made way Bigger and the Ring Tones are Louder than any Phone I have had in the past. The Quality of the Display is Awesome. I just started getting into using the Camera and it seems to take Crystal Clear Images. I gave 4 Stars on the Charging Portion of this Survey because the Cable that comes with the phone does not come with the Adapter to plug into the wall nor a USB Adapter to plug into a computer. Those have to be purchased separately. Otherwise, it would have been 5 Stars all the way.

I love the phone. Only thing I dislike is when I call out I keep getting this notification saying, "Call can't be placed by my Metro. Try using a different call redirecting app or contacting the developer for help". I would push ok, then after pushing ok bout 3 times my calls go through. I went through the Mymetro app and switched my device and it updated in the system. My signal is horrible. Same living area and same phone carrier for years. I love the phone quality though. Confused on why am I even experiencing this dislike

replaced the Samsung A-20 battery issues, phone was 8 years old. Samsung A-16 5G phone more RAM 4G 128GB of storage happy with the phone. Still figuring out all the setting good camera. I would recommend the Samsung A-16 if you are looking for a budget phone. beats paying 1,200.00 for the Galaxy A-23

Don't buy your phone from Walmart
1st Walmart will not activate this phone for you. 2nd You cannot activate it over the phone. 3rd Walmart does not provide a voucher for free activation so it will cost you an additional $40 to get this phone activated. and 4th You have to find the nearest Metro Phone dealer near you to get it activated. Next time buy it directly from Metro you will pay a bit more but you will have less hassle getting it to work
