this is a new phone and it has a radio where you don't have to plug in it just turns right on the antenna is built into the phone there's a lot of cool apps there's even the Quaran on it there's a camera screen you can look at yourself while you take a picture so when you close the phone there you just press the volume button and it can take a picture and you can see yourself on the screen when you close the phone the screen projects your image it's a really good image screen it's not like the old ones which is just the time it's fully compatible to be a phone through Metro you can just take your chip from your regular phone and put it in it and have Metro activated from your old phone your old Metro phone and it this can be a new one through Metro still I activated it over the phone it's like $25 it charges really fast

I like the pretty good reception.It seams as good as us cellular was.Us cellular went to t mobile.I glad I found a cell phone company that has pretty good signal like us cellular.

Packed with the essentials. Camera is better than most of the other ones. Radio works very well just remember to connect corded headphones for reception. Both screens are larger than most flip phones.

sim card keeps disconnecting

Said it would connect to T-Mobile but it doesn't. I hate when people say one thing and it's not true and then you can't get help

Worst experience with a phone ever for me. Firstly, this is not a t-mobile device. It uses t-mobile towers, but according to web searches, may get bumped down in speed by real t-mobile users. Secondly, the product page states, “activate in store and receive phone for free.” What store? I went to walmart, which is the “store” where I purchased the phone, and they don't activate it. T-mobile won't activate it. Only place is a metro store if have one in your area. This product is so deceptive. I am definitely returning this device or burning it, I'm not sure which. I just went to t-mobile, got a real t-mobile account and phone, and I am paying less than this piece of crap. Too bad t-mobile stooped to this low of endorsing this line.

for some reason it came locked and broken down with the system it would not connect to anything would not recommend on the basis of buying it from Walmart buying it straight from Metro by T-Mobile probably would be the better idea
