Metro by T-Mobile TCL K23 - Prepaid Smartphone

This phone is great if you're not a really technical person I am not I'm not a gamer I don't do any of those kind of things I very do very little social media if you want a phone at works and you can run a couple apps this is a great buy especially if you have Metro by T-Mobile now Metro by T-Mobile is going to charge you to sign this up now I had problems with them but not with Walmart I am perfectly okay with Walmart and purchasing this item from Walmart they brought it right out to my truck I had no issues whatsoever the only thing I would like to see is Walmart start carrying the cases for these and they don't you have to get that off the internet but other than that it's a very good product very good bye and I would recommend it to anybody who wants a phone and doesn't want to pay hundreds of dollars it does just about everything you wanted to do I can even watch movies if I want to it's a little slow but it works I don't need it fast I just need it to work

phone is super slow. When first powered on I noticed that it said Assurance Wireless and I know Assurance is a government service which may be why the phone is super slow! Even the verifications comes in slower than my other phone. I thought I was buying a Metro not an Assurance wireless phone.

Buying online and dealing with T-Mobile/Metro over the phone to set up service was very difficult. The phone itself is very slow and the battery doesn't last. I wish I had read the reviews beforehand. I would have bought a different phone. The plans listed online are not accurate in regards to cost and data.

The second week of having the phone it started to glitch the screen was blinking and flashing it was taking forever to load a page, was lagging so bad i couldn't answer the phone at times. Definitely not worth it, but i guess u get what u pay for right! The price wasn't bad at all but i see now why it was so cheap.

Camera quality is super bad like before we had smart phones bad. There are lots of standard features that just can't be used on this phone. My son lost his phone and needed something quick to replace it. I mean he gets calls so i gave it a 2 start. Other than that. I wouldn't buy it again

i bought this beacuse it said unlock device so i can activate it with my carrier well nope the device was lock so i had to get service with metro pcs for 1yr then they will unlock its slow as well so no i dont recommend it dont waste your money and time because the store wont take it back its there store policy.. .. waste of money and time ...

the phone is slow . the calls drop . sometimes I have troubles calling out. the battery life is amazing. the Bluetooth connectivity is not great , don't allow you to use the play button forward or rewind button on headphones . it a big phone . the updates make the phone barely usable it's slow laggy. if I have my music playing I cannot answer calls I have to unlock the phone turn off the music and then answer the call if I have enough time before the call is dropped.

I assumed I was getting the same Motorola that I bought about a year ago that I dropped and it broke I still works but the screen shattered this one here I didn't even open the box yet when I saw this name that I don't recognize it's an acronym I don't know who makes this so I'm not happy right now I'm considering returning it

I was alerted to this item due to recent searches on the app. I pulled the trigger and gave it a shot but after a quick set up attempt I realized something was amiss. I went to the local metro store and asked for assistance however they were unable to get the phone to operate correctly. I received it fast and it was a new item but I can't recommend it to anyone else.

I got the phone just so that I could get a passcode with the SIM card I got because my 17 Pro Max that I just purchased and spent like $1400 on was stolen from me. I get it. I'm at the T-Mobile store and the phone literally falls out of my hands and cracks right there and that was $40 that I could've used to get a new phone that I now can't I don't think I can return it but I'm gonna try this morning but I wanted this note to be I wanted this to be notated because this is legal matter. I've been without a phone for 25 days and I've done everything I possibly could do with my power to accomplish it and between T-Mobile and Asurion except for the wonderful woman named Shakira last night with T-Mobile they have not done anything for me except screw me even worse. I just want my money but my money back that I've wasted on the situation that wasn't even my fault to begin with. I'm just disgusted with customer service and business as a whole like retail, corporate healthcare automotive all y'all no guest relations experience whatsoever like nobody has a soul anymore or any empathy or compassion or if there is there's very few like I met like three or four out of the dozens I've talked to sad world we live in today.
