Metroid Prime: 6” UV Metroid Prime Figure

FYI: The box this comes in is a display box with LEDs wired into it. The product itself does not glow. I'm going to try to use a glass terrarium tube and a 3d printer for the ends to make a blacklight filled containment tube for the Metroid. The metroid itself is about 6" in diameter. It glows nicely and looks great for the price!

So this lil Metroid is great for a fan of the series. At the time of writing this review, I have played every Metroid game so far, except for Dread and obviously Prime 4. The Metroid itself is soft and pliable, save for the claws which are hard plastic. The Metroid doesn't light up, the lights are part of the box.. which, as it turns out, is also the display case since the box is glued together at the bottom. All in all, I'm satisfied with this impulse purchase lol.

I really like the way the figurine looks and is shaped and I like the black lighting to make the color pop

It's way bigger of a figure than I thought it was (not a bad thing!!)

This item had some minor manufacturer quality control issues and is a bit expensive for what it is. Perhaps the LED fixtures inside of the packaging were an unnecessary expense.
