I gave my (adult) children Meyer Small Stockpot as a holiday gift about two years ago. It remains a solid, sturdy, reliable pot and is easy to handle. The thick bottom prevents burning and the pot washes well in the dishwasher. The gift was a success! Thanks to René V. - employee of Meyer - for a great recommendation.

I really like the depth on this pot, and the lip is very helpful when pouring liquids.

I just used my new pot yesterday for the first time. I cooked a pot of beans, and I've never had a pot that cooks as good and evenly as this Meyer small stockpot. It held a slow boil for 3 hours. I absolutely love it!

It is a very sturdy pot, with strong handles. It heats evenly and does not get overly hot that you cannot pick it up. It is a nice size and functions exactly as it is supposed to. It is dishwasher safe making cleanup easy!! I highly recommend!

I love the design as it looks very unique and the black matte finish looks very sleek. Very nice size. That fact that this can also go in the oven is a huge plus also.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This pot is perfect for making soup in. I used it with a Meyer lid. I made chicken noodle soup in it and it came out perfect. I over filled my pan a little the first time I used it and it did boil over a little. It was easy to clean and took very little scrubbing.
