Great Purchase
bought this product and it was easy to install and works great. kicks out a good amount of heat for my basement as well as setting a great ambiance with the light flames. Highly recommend!

Good but felt mislead as far as stand
I would have gladly given this 5 stars but it states floor stand. It does not have floor stand. It can sit on floor but would be nice on a stand as it states. Otherwise works just as expected nice flames and color. Perfect size the 30 inch for small area in bathroom on floor. Was so disappointed NO stand We had a different brand too large for area had nice stand it came with but we had to return too large size for space. Otherwise Im happy with it just would love stand like I believed it would have.

Nice but no floor stand.
Overall, a nice electric fireplace. However, no floor stand unless the title means that you can place it directly on the floor.

Nice fireplace
Fire place is nice and gives off a decent amount of heat, but the remote control doesn't work and no one from customer service will get back to me.

No floor stand?
No floor stand included??? Sits somewhat level on a shelf but no floor stand was included so I'm worried it could tip over. Otherwise, it is a nice electric fireplace.

Thermostat stays at 77 degrees
I don't know if I got a defective product or if it's just a junk product. The thermometer stays at 77 degrees, even when my other thermometer reads way lower. This means that for the heat to even turn on, I have to put the heat at over 80.... Not very energy saving. It also smells like burning plastic, even though I checked everywhere to ensure that there wasn't any plastic. It does heat a large area but the high thermostat setting will make my electric bill higher than it should be. Returning ASAP.
