Chairs came quickly and were packed well-- No damage. They match a set of patio furniture that I already have from the same manufacturer. I was looking for additional seating that matched and these are perfect. All the pieces were well marked any easy to assemble. No complaints so far!

The quality and design of the set is good. It took my husband a while to get it assembled, but once complete the set is pretty sturdy. I liked that the weight capacity on the chairs will accommodate people of most sizes. None of the "wicker" or "rattan" was damaged. It would be nice of the chairs could stack!

Very poor quality. Metal deforms as bolts are tightened. Plastic rattan coming apart out of box. Metal dinged up out of box. Poor quality control/material bolts for assembly. Cushions are extremely low end. Nothing met expectations. All for $569.00!!!

nice looking, but very poor quality. instructions for table only had pictures to go by, they had you putting in long screws when it should have been short screws to attach legs to top, now i have 8 dimples on table top. 4 chairs, 2 were fine and 2 were no good, 1 arm was ripped and both seats the webbing was broken.

1. Package arrived Torn. 2. hardware were missing. 3. One chair bottom was slightly damaged. stopped assembling. 4. They shipped product that was returned by previous buyer.5. when asked for return they offered $ 150 back (That has not shown.)

Ordered one piece.. shipment comes in seperate boxes so you got to wait for 3 boxes to show up before claiming a lost package. Almost a week apart from the first 2 boxes did the last box arrive. First table had a crack.. ordered a replacement.. and the replacement that we got had a freaking hole! smh. Tried contacting the phone number on the manual, but it is disconnected! I am left with 2 sets and have to return em myself now.

Not sure how I should rate this. I received the table but no chairs. I going to assume the chairs will arrive on a different day. I'll wait two more days before leaving an honest review of the patio set.

I never received the chairs. I sat on hold for two hours, trying to explain that I never received the chairs. They told me they could not just send chairs out now I'm still waiting for my chairs and they told me that they would send me another table for which I didn't have to send back, so I am very unsatisfied.
