The product was shipped rapidly and arrived in a well protected, large cardboard box. Instructions on assembly were clear and even a tool for assembly (allen wrench) was included with the parts. Assembly was simple and the chairs were ready to sit on in a very short time. The chairs are well designed, solid and comfortable. They are also easily stacked for storage. I most likely will purchase two more in the near future.

This set is actually really nice %26 the price not too bad. The umbrella that comes with it is good quality. I received my set in several packages on 3 separate days. Full set was delivered before estimated delivery so that was great! The set is metal so hopefully it will last. I recommend chair cushion. It elevates the set. I found $20 cushions at Walmart. They're the cheapest I've found and look good. Probably would last for the summer %26 fall but by next summer may need new cushions again.

awesome set, lovely umbrella

This is just a great umbrella and the second one I have purchased from Alpha...love the 10' span and what a difference the three tiers make!!! We live on a windy lake in Wi and have not had any problems with this flying away. The ribs are all thick metal so this is very substantial yet I am 79 and still can put it in place by myself.

Great stackable chairs that I bought to go with the table and the other eight chairs. I'm also able to use them at my older table. We live in the Phoenix heat so I wanted something that would be durable and also we could stack in the summer and get out of the heat. These fit the bill very clean lines and a nice modern look.

Beautiful, compfy chairs. Easy to put together. No missing parts, & pieces matched up nicely. And , they look great.

They look cheap. They may hold a 300-lb person, but seat is really too narrow for them. Instructions won't work for a single person. However, there is a logical way for one person to assemble a chair. (Attach seat to frame first. Don't attach arms first.) You need to note that all pieces should be assembled loosely and then tightened or they won't fit together.

The color is beautiful- the patio set is not so much outdoor. Why is my table that I had for two months has stains and rust when it rains . If it rains it leaves the wet marks in it and won't come out

The photo of this outdoor set clearly shows a base with the umbrella. But a base is NOT included, and if you plan to use the umbrella in any wind you need to buy one. Also, one of the chairs and one side of the table were scratched when we opened the box. I'm disappointed in WalMart for partnering with a substandard company, whose customer support is lacking greatly (see other reviews). But I'm most upset about the misleading photos showing a base with the umbrella when there is none included.
