The notification regarding the assembly was terrible. While I paid for it, I spend a hour attempting to find out when the assembly was scheduled. The Walmart Customer services gave me a number to call that did not work. I finally asked AI to help and that led me to Angi. Then the contracted cancelled and a guy showed up yesterday to assembly. We had no notice and had already put together the unit. The installer did help with some of the final assemby. He said at least 75% of the time their is a problem with Walmart on assembly information and setting up appt.

Very sturdy and comfortable. Assembly was straight forward (though a little bit of difficulty getting some of the bolts lined up and threaded). Fits my pace nicely and is a big upgrade over my old furniture.

I'm really loving my new lanai set! The quality is really good. Cushions are nice and firm, not cheap at all. It was easy to put together, too! Highly recommend it for anyone looking to upgrade their patio or lanai area!

Easy Peasy…I assembled this set in 3 hours by myself. You will need a drill with an Allen bit and a 1/2” socket to assemble. Don't even try using the Allen key and mini wrench they give you (it's laughable) you will be there for 10 hours tightening the hardware. This set is very well made, sturdy, comfy, it looks expensive, over all 10/10.

This is a beautiful set and I'm very pleased with and it will pass anyone to purchase the same set

Exceeded my expectations! It did take a bit of time to put together, but I'm very happy with the quality.

Very nice set. Love the color and durability. There was a flaw on the arm of the rattan so hopefully it will hold up. The only disappointment is that the cushions don't seem to be water resistant. I have to wait a day for them to dry out to sit on them and it's been raining every other day so I haven't had much opportunity to enjoy.

So far so good. At some point when putting this together it was difficult because the holes wasn't lining up. I only needed help from my Husband with the sofa, because it was given me issues.

As far as the patio furniture I finally received, I'm very pleased with the product. When I purchased this product, it said it would be delivered on 2/20/2025. One day before they were delivered, I received an email that the new delivery date was going to be 2/25/2025. I had a party scheduled for 2/22/2024 that I intended to use this product, but unfortunately, I did not receive it on time. I called Walmart Cutomer Service (talked with Usman) to let them know that FEDEX showed them shipping my product from CA to GA and then back to CA. I told them that I was very disappointed, and he informed me that he was going to assist me by submitting a partial refund ticket to Walmart for my order. I have not heard anything back from Walmart regarding this partial refund, so I'm very disappointed and dissatisfied with Walmart Customer Service.

I received a notification that I needed to be present at delivery for signature. I was given an initial date of Jan. 3, then an update for Jan 2 with a delivery window from 10:30-2:30pm. After taking off work and waiting until 6:30pm I was provided an update delivery for Jan. 3 from 10:30-12:30pm. Again, I took off work. Around 4:30pm I look out and see boxes on my drive. The driver did NOT ring the door bell, nor require a signature. Immediately upon review I noticed the two ottomans were not delivered. There were supposed to be FIVE boxes delivered, and only FOUR were delivered. I called Walmart immediately and was told I would receive them next Friday, Jan. 10th. Yesterday, I received an email stating based on weight they were delivered!! NO THEY WERE NOT!!! I have pictures of only four boxes from the delivery driver.
