When given these as a gift for Hanakkah, the children were over joyed! So I was very happy about the whole experience!

Because it's not fair to charge a higher price to buy it in the store. When you scan it in the store, it shows a sale price but at the register, It's a higher price. I recently contacted customer support about this, it didn't really change anything. My reference number is *********. To me it seems unfair. The price I scanned “in” the store should be what you get it for, otherwise what's the use of having the scanner ability in the store when you open the app, it doesn't make sense. Another problem is when they refuse to let you have the empty Miniverse box. Yes, it has samples on the front, but saying that someone can't have it because they have to throw it away is wasteful. I wasn't going to sell it and I use the box to make diorama's. Last month an employee told me I could have one on my birthday. Other stores let people do it. I would gladly pay for the box if there was a way to work that out. Change the rules and let people have a box. Why throw it away if it's useful to us?

had the one ball that came with glitter busted open in the ball as soon as i opened it was covered in glitter. the other 4 were fine but didnt 5 star due to the one breaking open before i opened it. Was the first one i opened so i guess in harry potter fasion i was exploded on 🤣

I do have some of this collection I love but the wand kits don't feel like they are worth the $8-10. %26 Although pinholes can help determine which you got so you can exchange it for one you do want, the pinhole mark didn't match up well with the cheat sheet. Disappointing experience, but I generally love most Miniverse.

I bought it for a stocking stuffer but it is pretty much a waste "Tiny" seems to be the go to this year but not as far as the kids go The "potions" are worrisome They suggest the child wears gloves! It's a kind of a "let's play with this later" thing Not much to do with the tiny characters %26 accessories except loose them

I ordered 6 and didn't get a duplicate. I was pretty disappointed in the difference in photos online and reality though. Hedwig had to be glued to the post to stay put because his claws wouldn't fit on the post, the resin used for the “wax seal” was completely transparent and not red colored as shown in all photos, the instructions for the scarf are not clear and informative at all so I didn't even do that one, the wings for the golden snitch are way too big and also had to be smothered in resin just to stay in the ball part. A lot of them don't have enough to do/don't include enough to make something. They're just a few little pieces sitting on my desk. This series's sets just aren't worth the price.

It's really a piece of junk. The parts and the glue didn't work and I ended up throwing it out.

The resin for the wings didnt work right and i shook it alot.
