Hilarious!
This is an unusual film that is making fun of the music industry in a documentary style but at the same time it is oddly respecting it. I am not a fan of Rob Reiner, the person who seems deranged on so many issues, but I do like some of his movies. This is one of the few I hadn't seen. I'm not sure why. I saw it at Walmart for just $5 and I thought I would give it a try. I got in the habit of dismissing dvds overall but recently I have seen so many incredible deals on films I had never seen. And this one is filled with incredible special features. So much that I wonder how they got it all on one dvd. Even now as a fan of this film I see no reason to upgrade. They got it perfect with this one. If you see this at Walmart, pick it up. I can almost guarantee you will love it.

One of the funniest movies ever made
All of Christopher Guest's "mockumentaries" are hilarous, but this one's the best, in my opinion. The dvd commentary is just as funny as the movie itself, and is done in character. So many classic lines, so hilarious. Some people might not get it. It's very tongue-in-cheek. A real classic. Probably one of my top ten films of all time.
