[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This blow- dryer is the best hair dryer. I have used this blow -dryer for many years and bought them as gifts for people. They also love it and buy it.

While I loved the blow dryer and used it as my go to travel product, I agree with the MANY reviews about the quality. Mine also suddenly stopped working with the inner parts turning bright red as they over heated. The replacement policy is 2 years. Unfortunate when there seems to be a known defect. As this was my travel product, it did not get the daily use most blow dryers do, so I would have expected it to last much longer than 2 years.

I got this as a gift in 2021 and only 4 short years later this is now broken. I have a Revlon blow-dryer that dates pre-2014 still running. So while this was great while it lasted, I think money is better spent elsewhere on a product that will last longer.

Sorry Drybay, this is not a high quality item. I hate to write a bad review, but I received the "Baby buttercup blower" as a christmas present and it stop working after 18 months. I only use it twice a week. Because this was a gift, I do not have the original receipt and dry bar will not honor the 2 year warranty

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] DO NOT BUY! I never write bad reviews but the quality of this hair dryer and replacement policy have been so bad. I am on my second one in just a few months and the folding mechanism on both has broken and been very poorly constructed that it can't handle opening and closing 2x per week. Really disappointed and will definitely not buy from this brand again.

Purchased this January 21 and was so excited to finally have one. It died March 2. I only had this thing 40 days! While blowdrying I smelled a burning smell and then hear a loud pop. It shut off and never came back on. Very disappointed.
