The Miabella company has by far been the best company as far as eye catching, quality, service, the 925 Italy stamp for authenticity and the list could go on my wife loved the necklace as well as the matching bracelet. So, that being said I will definitely be buying more from them and want to thank them for an excellent gift as well as service to my family and I.

I'd recommend this item, if they didn't put it in a bag and just ship it that way. A box would have sufficed. The way you shipped it was bad but even worse is the mail carrier smashed it down into my little mailbox. One way or the other they're kinked! Way to serve up a beautiful chain!!!!

Its a pretty good looking necklace. Calling it a chain is misleading. The necklace is thin and only weighs about 30 grams. Definitely not the thick, solid sterlong silver they put on the description. While good enough for me to wear and keep, i would suggest other jewlers from now on.

The necklace is nice. I did contact walmart for a return of the item but the reason was to get a slightly larger item from the same company. The AI assistant let me know that the necklace could not be returned, even if I took it to a local Walmart store. I just thought that was strange. Just know you can't return jewelry items you buy online

the description says solid Italian sterling silver 925 but in all reality when I got the box the paper inside said it is sterling silver over rhodium which is not solid silver poor representation very cheaply made. it looks and appears to be very nice and expensive but in reality is very cheaply constructed false representation of product

Paid for a 22in 9mm necklace, received a Bad quality bracelet. Do not recommend this Seller. Started a return as soon as I received it.

Item was pose to be sterling silver but is not! Very upset. I reached out to seller and they have not got back with me.
