I ordered these four times and four times I received a childs star wars key chain for their backpack. I dont know how that got confused. After talking to customer service I cant tell you how many times and how many times I was kept on hold for 30 minutes or more I got nowhere. I just decided to order them from another source. Walmart need to get their act together in their warehouses. If you don't have something let the customer know. Don't just send anything.
I have purchased these mice cubes about ten times over the past several years if you want to avoid killing these are the best .The only downside is what to do with the captured animal the traps do give you the option to dispatch them without any bloody
These no kill traps are great. in fact the best we have used. They, for the most part work well, in that they are simple with one moving part, a trap door that opens in but can't swing back out. The traps are even made in the good old USA! We put a tiny dab of peanut butter on a little square of card stock and slide it, with the door kept open with a finger, to the back of of the trap. We use them to relocate mice that seasonally get into our shed and garage. Once you have captured one, you go to the location for release and just turn the trap over and make the little guy slide back to the other end, the trap door will fall flat( give a nudge with a finger to do so ) and with a little tilt down the mouse bolts out. They are made of a polycarbonate plastic. They have some air holes in the trap door, but I always put a few tiny extra ones side near the opposite ends. ( if you do, you will need to use a solder iron or heated nail to make the holes , in that polycarbonate cracks easily. Mice, if left in the trap too long will try to naw there way out and or become shocked, so they need to be checked every few hours or if use over night, one before going to bed and first thing in the morning. They clean up pretty well for re-use. Mouse poop and pee is nasty so we, with care, wash them out with water and cleaner like Spray 9. Rinse then let dry in the sun.
the traps work great. I drilled some air holes into them so the field mice won't suffocate...and so they can smell the bait...I used oats. I released them outside and rinsed out the trap to reuse them.
The traps don't work and they have no air holes if a mouse could be trapped. The traps do not have a secure method to hold the mouse. The plastic is easily dislodged and single mouse can escape. Just a bad design all around. I do not recommend.
Have used these type traps for years. Work well! Word of warming - make note to self reminding you where you put them :(
these are great and work wonderful and are very simple design and easy to clean. highly recommended
I've caught two mice. The other times (like 10 ) they have gotten out of the traps. All they have to do is freak out and knock the trap on another side and they are free. And they are NOT easy to clean. Oh, and one of them freaked out so badly that it apparently had a heart attack and died. I felt so bad. I can't have wild mice defecating on my silverware and dinnerware, so I'm going to have to go old school. I hate to, but, I don't know what else to do because these and other methods (peppermint oil, dryer sheets, irish soap) hasn't worked.
