Michael Angelo's Eggplant Parmigiana Frozen, 30 oz Box

This eggplant Parmigiana is exactly the way my grandmother and mother used to make it but without all the work. I have served this out of the container on special occasions and people have thought that I made it myself. I have been buying this product for years. I love it!

This eggplant Parmesan is surprisingly good considering that it's frozen! It makes 4 generously sized servings. It's an easy supper because while it's baking in the oven I make a salad and then when it's about 20 minutes from being done I put garlic bread in the oven to go with it. Yum yum!

Definitely bake it don't microwave it. It's good microwave but it is delicious baked. As an Italian American from New York this is so close to homemade. You can barely tell the difference great for a side dish with spaghetti or to make a sub or as we call it in New York a hero

I love this product super tasty😋 I have one complaint there use to be a smaller version of this idem, it was a perfect size for one person %26 Walmart doesn't seem to carry it anymore.I am very picky when it comes to eggplant grew up with it being made from scratch (it's a lot of work) %26 I have tried several products over the years %26 this is the best one on the market❣️ I do add more cheese cause I like cheese.

We REALLY like this eggplant parmesan. Love the flavor, love the texture, the marinara sauce is tasty, the eggplant is perfectly cooked, and the chewy cheesiness tops it off. It makes a great entree or side dish. We love to keep an extra in the freezer for nights when nobody feels like cooking. Yummy!

My go to eggplant dish when I don't feel like cooking. They should bottle the sauce, it is really good. Caution - if you don't like your eggplant with the skin left on, you might not like this. Since it is cooked well, the skin is not hard or chewy, and I don't even notice it, but some folks don't like it. Nice, firm eggplant, great taste, better than Olive Garden for sure. Just wish the eggplant was sliced thicker.

My go-to favorite eggplant parm and a worthy alternative to my homemade meal. Sometimes difficult to get in-store (may be seasonal?), so I try to stock up when available.

Instead of peeling, slicing, soaking, breading and sautéing the eggplant and then layering with sauce and cheese I can pop one of these in the oven. It's as good as my homemade and my family loves it just as much. Delicious!

I'm used to eggplant and I'll tell you. I don't bake this stuff. I defrost it and put it in pasta in a double boiler. This keeps some of the eggplant available to taste, otherwise, it disappears. Cook it as little as possible. They really need to cut the medallions thicker, so it doesn't just go away. But it'pps a good product

Flavors are very good. Texture...well, it's baked eggplant, people! Squishier than hpme made, but I don't want to make home made! Thank goodness this is a Michael Angelo's product, they're consistently tasty.
