When I found this jewel on sale at such a fabulous cost I just knew I had to buy it! It will be a great Christmas surprise for one of my granddaughters! Great craftsmanship and absolutely darling!! It's the perfect small bag!

It’s bigger than expected but it’s not so big that you want to return it. The leather is smooth, the insides could fit your phone plus a mountain of other items. This is a definite keeper.

This is a great bag but it’s a little larger than I was hoping. The strap is very thin which makes it uncomfortable and it can’t be adjusted short enough to fit me comfortably. That said it’s a super cute bag and it will be great for going out but it won’t be my every day choice.

This is not an original Michael Kors purse. It looks similar for instance, the chain in the front is supposed to be removable. It is not, and the material is flimsy. I was just in the Michael Kors section of Macy’s two days ago and I felt their purses because I had ordered this one and it felt completely different. Not the Genuine article.

I ordered this product through Walmart via a recommendation on the TODAY show. What they sent me is not what I ordered nor what is pictured. The chain on my bag is not removable and looks more brassy than in the photograph of the product I ordered. I’ve been going back and forth with the vendor, trying to get a resolution, but they are giving me the runaround and not addressing the actual problem. It’s possible this bag is counterfeit. Very frustrating!

First I cannot find information on how to return or replace my item. Secondly the reason for the return is that the purse has a permanent dent or indention at the top of the purse. I thought it would work itself out from shipping but it has not. The purse was not cheap so I wanted to get a replacement but I cannot find that information anywhere.
