Great product. The price was very reasonable. I didn't know if I would like it but decided to try it since we were doing a Disney cruise with my granddaughter. My boys thought it was awesome to see their mom wearing a backpack for the first time. Ordered two , different styling and color. I haven't used ths one yet but I'm sure it's just as durableas the other one.

I love the material and I love the extra storage. Took one star off just for the straps. I feel like they are way to thin for the size of the bag. I fear that one wrong time of putting on or off and the strap will break. Other than that, its a nice bag and a great price.

The bag is nice but the zipper on this one is off track and the bag cannot be opened. I'll be returning it hopefully for a working one.

I never received the backpack from the seller. There were clothes in the box. I did not receive a refund until I filed a complaint with PayPal.
