Michael Kors Jaycee Medium Bright Red Pebble Leather Zip Pocket Backpack Bag

I searched.. HARD and for hours.. all over the internet for the best MK backpack and for the best price. This bag is what I settled on, but the product photos had me nervous. The few reviews gave me a bit of courage to make the leap, so I ordered and I'm so happy I did! This bag is absolutely beautiful, you can see from my photos it looks WAY better than the product photos online. I'm just as happy today with my purchase as the day I got it. (This is the larger sized backpack for those wondering, and I uploaded photos of the measurements.) I've had it for 2 months now, and it is still holding its shape. I can shove A LOT of things in there.. I am a mom, so I pack in my son's things like diapers, wipes, toys, snacks, etc, and then I pack my own things likes my own snacks, drinks, iPad, things I'd have in a purse, etc, and it looks like I have absolutely nothing in there. I swear it is like a Mary Poppins bag! No matter how heavy I pack the backpack, it is still very comfortable and I can carry it for hours if need be. It is a game changer for my mom needs, and I wish I would have known about this backpack when my son was smaller! I love my purchase and I definitely recommend it. If you're on the fence, go ahead and order it because you won't be disappointed. I've don't my research: You can't beat the price, and the MK monogram print is making a come back! :)

The bag is nice but the zipper on this one is off track and the bag cannot be opened. I'll be returning it hopefully for a working one.

First I was surprised that it's not all pebbled leather - only the front. Not sure if the rest is plain leather or vinyl. One zipper outside does not zip smoothly. It stops at a point and you have to work on zipping it all the way through. Did not attempt to return it since I can still deal with it but definitely the quality is questionable.

I never received the backpack from the seller. There were clothes in the box. I did not receive a refund until I filed a complaint with PayPal.
