Its simple but elegant. You can dress it up or down. Great for every occasion but work. Not super heavy. Received it a lot quicker than expected. Perfect condition. The ONLY thing is being rose gold, the watch band itself wears down VERY quickly and scratches so easy. I wore it to work ONE day and already scratched up two links from sitting at a desk. I also have the tri color sophie smart watch, exact same thing! Great watches unless you have a desk job.

Bought this watch for a Christmas gift for my mother. The watch was as described and beautifully designed. The only issue was that the watch needed a new battery. Glad I opened the box first before gifting it.

The watch is absolutely gorgeous & I would have loved to have been able to wear it. Unfortunately, I could not because the battery was dead.

I bought this as a graduation gift for my niece how embarrassing when she opened it and it did not run. I called customer service and was told I had to email that they only handled warranty repairs ( after being on hold 30 min only to be hung up on and then another 20 min to finally talk to someone that could not help). I emailed 6 days ago and still no response. I ordered from company because wanted a specific watch and did not want to risk a knock off from a third party but I have a watch that doesn't work and no help resolving the issue.
