Absolutely stunning
Bought this watch as a “treat yourself” present and am so glad I did. I ordered it online and when it arrived it wasn't working, but I took it into my local Michael Koors store and they swapped it out for free with one that was. No fuss, no hassle, great customer service! The watch itself is absolutely beautiful. The blue color is very rich and would be brilliant on any skin tone. Watch face is large and easy to see, but elegant and simple. Love this purchase and highly recommend!

Great Watch
I have a small wrist, so I wish that they could offer a free service in which you could get an extra hole! Because when you go to a repair place, typically the hole is done by hand, which doesn't look exactly manufactured and makes it looks less nice

Looks can be deceiving
I bought this watch because it looked gorgeous online. I have another MK watch that is absolutely beautiful but I want to keep it put away for special occasions, so I thought this would be a great everyday-type watch. When it arrived I was completely in love. But then I put it on and everything changed. The watch band turned to be the exact same color as my skin, so the watch didn't show up on my wrist. I was so disappointed, but I returned it.

Beautiful but the band is ridiculously small. I can only wear it on largest hole...will have to return

Missing
I bought this as a present for my girlfriend & added the free engraving of ‘ILY' on the underside of the box. The note even alluded to something being under the watch face, so I was pretty annoyed when she turned it over only for there to be nothing there.
