I have an office job so I'm constantly running my arm across my desk to reach things. The bottom of my watch has a bunch of scratches.

The order was cancelled on me because I had a billing address in the UK and it needed to be confirmed. However the number to confirm the address was not possible to ring from outside the US. This was a big disappointment as my wife really wanted the product and we were looking forward to having it. Please sort this out for the future.
