Disappointing Quality Issues
I purchased this watch for my sister for her birthday because she loves Michele watches. We had two links added to the band by a luxury jeweler. She wore it twice and the numbers (6%267) are falling off of the face and causing the dials to not work appropriately. It makes me think this was refurbished when the ad said it was brand new. I'm very disappointed and now have to go through the hassle of figuring out how to have it replaced.

I received the watch it was damaged. I took it to a jeweler to evaluate how much the watch would cost to repair. They told me that it was not a genuine michelle watch.
