Spicy, peppery, warm %26 sweet, soothing ...
Great for upset tummy when a small piece is nibbled on, slowly. I like to make a cup of Caribbean Ginger Tea (1/2 mug of CONDENSED milk, grated Ginger to taste, topped off with boiling water and allowed to steep until drinkable) especially in winter. Also, yummy when chopped fine and added to dry ingredients of Sugar Cookie or other cookie doughs, rolled or dropped, and baked! Many ways to add a warm, spicy accent to many food dishes!

YUMMY GINGER
Very good candied ginger-soft and chewy. Slices are thin so easy to bite and it is very fresh! I will absolutely buy this again.

Good quality, pieces consistently tender. Spicier than the other brands I've tried. A little spicy if you eat it straight, but the flavor also held up better to baking in cookies.

Great Buy for Crystallized Ginger
Great buy! I got a very large bag of crystallized ginger - not the easiest thing to find here in Buffalo, NY - what I have found is less than 8 ounces which only makes 1 small recipe of ginger blueberry sourdough scones. These are nice thick slices in a seriously thick bag - they are softer and thicker slices than I am accustomed to...fresh and really spicy! Not for the faint of heart - a really great buy!
