YUMMY GINGER
Very good candied ginger-soft and chewy. Slices are thin so easy to bite and it is very fresh! I will absolutely buy this again.

Good.
Good quality, pieces consistently tender. Spicier than the other brands I've tried. A little spicy if you eat it straight, but the flavor also held up better to baking in cookies.

Great Buy for Crystallized Ginger
Great buy! I got a very large bag of crystallized ginger - not the easiest thing to find here in Buffalo, NY - what I have found is less than 8 ounces which only makes 1 small recipe of ginger blueberry sourdough scones. These are nice thick slices in a seriously thick bag - they are softer and thicker slices than I am accustomed to...fresh and really spicy! Not for the faint of heart - a really great buy!

Very tender, very healthy. Great for after meals
Very tender. Great for upset stomachs. I even give it to my dog when she has an upset tummy. Just ordered my second bag.
