I received this New! Michelin Endurance XT Advanced Silicone Wiper Blade, 16 Last 2X Longer from the Walmart Spark Reviewer Program to use and review. These are very nice wiper blades. They install very quick and easy on a J-Hook. These wipers look nice and really hug the glass. The rain is wiped away dry. I am looking forward to not needing more wipers for a long time. These are very well made and will last 2X longer so the money is saved. I recommend these wipers to all that need wipers. Just go with the size recommended for your car. and 5 minutes later your done. Thank you for reading this review.
These were easy to install on my 2016 Honda Odyssey. They installed just like all other brands on my van. At first I thought they were laughably bad. As it turns out there are little blue caps on either end of each blade. Once removed, they cleaned my windshield wonderfully in freezing rain. The glass was left nearly dry.
Received excellent service from Walmart!
These Michelin Endurance XT Advanced Silicone Wiper Blades are some of the best in their class. I highly recommend reading all the information on the packaging before installing. Because my husband did not and almost missed a great feature of the wipers. There is some type of water repellent on the blades. So first you will need to clean the windshield for proper application. We used rubbing alcohol and paper towels. Then turn your wipers on medium speed for 3-5 minutes. They are constructed in such a way to have tons of flexibility, yet have a snug conforming fit to your windshield. I think they even look high end, the logo on them just says I am cool, and you are going to want some too, that's why the name is there. I cannot speak of longevity but they say two million wipes on the package so I am pretty confident that they will last quite awhile.
Clear instructions, easy to install on my '99 Dodge Dakota, and it comes with adapters to fit different wiper mounts. When you install it, be sure you remove the plastic caps on the ends. It hugs the windshield well and cleans without streaking. I installed it on the driver's side and left my old wiper blade (which was only a couple of months old) on the passenger's side to compare and there is a big difference in how well they clean the windshield. I thought it was unusual that the instructions said to let the wipers run on a clean dry windshield for 3-5 minutes after installation, but after further reading on this wiper blade I discovered that it actually deposits some silicone on the glass to make it resistant to things that might stick to it. Great idea, especially since I live in rice farming country and we get LOTS of bugs in the summer. Michelin has always been a premium brand to me, and this blade fits that reputation.
I was expecting decent wiper blades for the price, but these are awful. They don't remove the rain from your windshield. They just push it around. As well as make that horrible noise all the time,
It's very noise and leave streaks. It has only been a month and they've already gone bad. What a waste of money...
I’ve had 2 of these fail, within a week of being installed. The complete blade disconnects itself from the plastic piece that attaches to the wiper arm.
1 of 2 wiper blades sorta shipped. 2' x 1.5' x6” box full of packing pillows and one empty 20” wiper blade container within. No wiper, just an empty wiper container, and now a notice that rest of order is delayed. Total failure on so many fronts. Cancelling and requesting refund. Will find a reliable means via Amazon or down the street at O'Reilly or some other source. Such a mess for a simple order.
I bought 3 of these windshield wipers, two for a Prius and one for a Sonata. The one for the Sonata broke within a couple of uses. The ones for the Prius didn't fit. I am giving them a pass on the non fitting part on the Prius because it seems to be an oddball car that there really aren't many aftermarket wipers made for it. However breaking after just a couple uses it tough to excuse. Be wary of this blade if you do buy them I hope you have better luck than I did.
