For those who must regularly treat their feet, this is an excellent value. Just like with the name brands, a little goes a long way. This really can't be used for nail-fungus effectively because the paste form prevents the active ingredient from reaching all infected areas. For nail-fungus, use a liquid-based treatment. Better yet, see a podiatrist.

I use this Miconazole Cream at night and in the morning. It is slowly ridding me of toe nail fungus and I use it for heat rash also. Great product.
