MICOOLS 12" Gel Memory Foam Spring Hybrid Mattress in a Box,Queen Mattress

I am a 400lb woman who had to downgrade from queen to twin bed. I like a firmer surface that supports my weight. This mattress is wonderful! Not too soft, firmly supports at night. When we unrolled from box we made a small cut so mattress expanded slowly. Worked great! I can sit on this and donthings without feeling like I am going to fall off the edge. I purchased 12" mattress. Very impressed considering price!!!

So far I'm loving this mattress, first night I slept good in a long time! I've had a Sleep Number bed for the last 13 years but was never really happy with it (My boyfriend insisted on getting one)! My mother laid on it and liked it so much that I am ordering her the same mattress today.

I purchased this mattress in a box for when my granddaughter spends the night. Shipping was fast and it looked great out of the box.... it amazes me how they get such a big mattress in such a little box. My only negative opinion is that it's more firm than what I was expecting. But for some, that may be a positive depending on preference. Overall, I'm happy with my purchase.

The 14” Queen I received has NO side support. Sitting on the side of the bed you can actually side to the floor if you don't brace yourself. The memory foam remembers where you lay and stays dented there. The first 2 nights I slept on the mattress I was willing to overlook the lack of side support because I felt rested. Each night after that I realized I was laying in the same indentation and having a hard time trying to roll out of it. I have began to feel the springs. Now after 8 nights of sleeping and struggling to find a comfortable places to lay, I hate this purchase. I wake up every morning with the same restlessness as I did on my old mattress. It looks great but is NOT AS ADVERTISED. I wouldn't advise buying the Queen 14”. Of course i can't return it, because there's no way to put it back in the original packaging.

All in all, this mattresses ISO k to sleep on. But if you spend any time in your bed or if you want to try to get app out of the bed you're not going to do it, you can't turn over this bed. It's definitely has no firm medium. Anything about I've only had it 3 or 4 days and it's already giving way. Granted, I'm a big girl, but When researching for mattress, this one was listed as 1 of the best and it's definitely not. It will give you a Good night's sleep, but don't stay in it. Any longer than that, don't sit on it. Don't expect the clouds on the side of it and definitely don't walk on it. Besides that I was told I can't return it because I can't send it back in the box is a shrink wrap. So now stuck with the mattress.I don't like

This mattress is not supposed to sink in the pillow top of this mattress leaves a lump from where it sags when I first laid on it just to see how it feels everything seem to be OK but once it's not actually sleeping on it, it wasn't OK and mind you I bought this the beginning of this month which is March 20 25 and already it has sag in it

When I bought the mattress from Walmart was thinking that it would be like most memory foam mattresses, very soft and accommodating to my need, but this product is terribly hard to be defined as a memory foam mattress and you can easily feel the wires on the underside, plus for return is a nightmare, I tried to return since the next day that I received the delivery until today is no way to return it, they want to put back the mattress in the original box and if you know the mattress expand as soon is out the small box, so is no way to put it back in the box

Haven't taken the mattress out of the plastic yet (as it's a Christmas gift for our son) but the box that it came in was severely damaged and wet. Not sure who's to blame for that? But definitely need better packaging.

The mattress wasn't comfortable at all. I could feel all the springs pushing up on my butt really dissatisfied. I took the mattress off of my bed. I don't even like it. I'm done.

If I could give zero stars, I definitely would. Box came horribly damaged. Corners crushed, box opened up. Ripped through cardboard about 10 inches long, all the way through to the plastic. Worst part was trying to get any help returning the product. I ended up calling the shipper myself for a pick up. I am still waiting for the return of my money and the box was picked up well over a month and a half ago.
