Improved both my sleep and migraines
My doctor recommended that I try magnesium glycinate to help with my anxiety and insomnia. She also thought that it could help with my frequent migraines. I am so glad I listened. It has helped a lot with both my sleep and migraine issues. I am sleeping much more soundly through the night, and the frequency and intensity of my migraines have dropped significantly. It is gentle on my stomach and hasn't cause any digestive issues. Highly recommend!

Magnesium Supplement
My wife got this magnesium glycinate to try. It comes in a large 240-capsule bottle, so there are plenty of servings without having to constantly reorder. A higher amount of magnesium glycinate per capsule than the other brands I've used. Helps me relax before bedtime. USA made, tested. Very happy with this brand
