There really nothing to dislike about this item, small and compact and does the job. The only slight dislike is don't know how accurate this item is. Reading are w little different each measurement. I would recommend.

it is an older device software states window 7 compatibility it might have been XP and you need a paper clip to set the time but the device is's self is convenient for me price

The handbook has very tiny print. I had to get a younger person to summarize it for me. The technology itself is difficult to set up for an older person. Once it is set up, it works well.

Too complex to even setup during an upper respiratory infection. I returned this and kept the manual one, which is good quality.

This meter is easy to use however it does not take accurate measurements. When taking three measurements in a row, as is recommended to do, they are widely varying values.

The sound signal for taking and completing measurements did not function. The unit is not compatible with iPad, iPhone or Macintosh.
