Works well

bigdogmom19 June 12, 2019

Hydration Liquid Drops The drop's work well, I feel hydrated. I suffer from leg cramps nightly and I have noticed I have fewer leg cramps. Make sure you read the instructions as they can cause stomach discomfort. They don't taste like anything but, they smell atrocious.

It really helped

webe8 June 17, 2019

I was skeptical about these hydration drops. I live in the southwest where dry and hot are the norm. Dehydration is always reaching its little fingers out to you. So from the first time of trying the drops I was impressed. It definitely helped with boosting the absorption of the water I drank after being out in the sun, working. It even boosted my energy a little to be able to finish out the project. I am prone to migraines that are caused by dehydration and too much heat and these drops seemed to help fight off a headache. I am very pleased to find something more natural to help with dehydration when water just won't get it done fast enough. I add it to my lemon water and have not noticed any odd flavor. I hope to find this soon and keep it on hand.

High Quallty Indeed

Hydration Liquid Drops, Natural Electrolytes, Rapid Hydration , Made In USA is a great choice when seeking rapid hydration created from natural ingredients . There's no starch, gluten, wheat, yeast, milk or soy derivatives of any kind. You simply add 2 drops per 8 ounces of water then you're off and running.

Get rapid rehydration while hiking !!

Raezer June 9, 2019

Safety first, if you are pregnant or breast feeding you should consult your doctor before taking. This review is for the Hydration Liquid Drops which provide natural electrolytes, rapid rehydration and is made in USA by SBR Nutrition. I hike about 10-20 miles a day in south Louisiana where the heat and humidity is off the scale for hiking. I sweat allot and drink about 2 liters of water per day. I have been trying these hydration drops for about 14 days now and notice a little pep in my step. In reading the bottle it states it has a hydration formula with electrolytes, humic acid, over 74 trace colloidal ionic minerals, fulvic acid, amino acids, an array of enzymes, vitamin B and unique polysaccharides. One serving is 2 drops per 8 ounces of water. The bottle is 1 fluid ounce and has 225 servings using 2 drops at a time or 450 servings per bottle. It has no sugar, no artificial preservatives, no starch, salt, wheat, gluten, yeast, milk, or soy derivatives and is Non-GMO. I think you get a higher absorption rate by using a liquid as opposed to a solid supplements. I always dissolve my solid supplements in water prior to taking them. I don't taste in flavor when mixing with my water.

Add Electrolytes Effortlessly

AZCactusFlower May 28, 2019

Hydration liquid drops add electrolytes effortlessly; just a couple drops added to water helps replenish hydration and build on zapped electrolytes. There is no flavor to these drops, that we could detect.

Really helped with recovery

Hatchlings June 6, 2019

I added these drips to my water during and after my daily workouts. I noticed an improvement in my recovery time, getting energy back faster and reducing the post workout muscle ache. I plan to get more to include in my hiking and emergency supplies.

This product is amazing

Justbeinghonest52 June 4, 2021

Love this product, I used this product the very next morning, cause I didn't want to have energy at night and couldn't sleep. This micronutrient product gave me the energy to get off the couch and go for my walks. I'd stop walking for a while cause of low energy and leg, knee and foot pain, I got back home no pain at all, great product.

Great source of electrolytes

LaRanchera June 6, 2019

I have been using electrolytes in different forms for several year now because I exercise and sweat a great deal doing ranch and yard work. And, as a result, I have been plagued with muscle cramps in my lower extremities and hands. I had added a magnesium supplement which abated but did not stop the muscle cramping completely. I have been using these hydration drops at least 3x daily, with 6 drops per 24 oz of water per the directions, and I have to say that to my amazement, the muscle cramping which was apparently the result of dehydration have completely disappeared. The drops do not have an affect on the flavor of the water, and they mix well with other liquid or powered drink flavorings. This product turned out to be a simple solution to an issue I didn't know was the cause of my muscle cramps, and I will continue to use this product.

No bad aftertaste

Jeff June 9, 2019

My stepson and I have used the product for around two weeks, he works in a denim mill and it's hot where he works at. I have tried it around the house and at work. Neither one of us, have experienced any upset stomach or other side effects from the product. It has a odor from the bottle, a grape alcohol smell, but once you put it in water it will give the water a slight off color and a slight grape taste. The ingredients are easily looked up and described. We did not experience any rapid heart beat or jitters from using the product. I was trying to find something more natural for him, instead of the energy drinks that he gets during the week. He seems to enjoy the convenience of putting the bottle in his pack and off to work, a few drops in a bottle of water and off to work.

Quick way rehydrate

sg871 June 18, 2019

I tried this out for two weeks adding 6 drops in my 24 oz of water tumbler that I drink each day. I spend a lot of time running around: after my kids, work, and my own classes so I don't always get as much water as I should. Do these work? I don't know, but I feel better and my throat is less dry and so is my mouth. You do have to shake the bottle before adding the drops. My dropper was broken so it took some jiggling and fancy bottle tipping to get the right amount of drops in each time. The ring of the dropper also arrived cracked so perhaps the dropper and ring were damaged during shipping. The drops didn't have a taste, but they do have a smell so if you are sensitive drink yours in a covered tumbler like me!
