I've had this Office subscription through Microsoft for a over a year now. This package is an excellent deal because you get the whole office package plus Outlook downloaded for $69. This is a lot less expensive than if you get the monthly subscription like me. You can download it to your personal computer and a tablet and Microsoft takes care of the rest. My Office is upgraded and kept in top shape by automatic updates so I can use it without worry. I have Windows 10 and have no problems with this service. Microsoft is really good and helpful in updating their products. This is a very good deal through Walmart.com as they make an excellent product available at a great price. Another thing I really like is that you do not have to worry about a disc. You cannot update a disc and with the constant updates Microsoft makes to its products a disc would probably be out of date by the time you receive it. This product is downloaded directly from the Microsoft site and they keep it updated and current. Walmart.com makes it available at such a good price

If you use word, publisher and excel consistently this is what you need. Also lets you use it on mobile and upload with Microsoft cloud services so you can pull up/edit documents on the go when ever you need it.

A little pricey for the amount on time I use it. Was cheaper hear at Walmart then other places. But overall it does what it says it supposed to do and I like the fact I can sync it with my phone.

I ordered Office 365 and put it in my laptop. I downloaded excel in my iPad. The instructions were clear. I had no problem.

I bought this for a Mac but decided to cancel. Found out you cannot return this. Even if you do not open the email containing this software link If this vital information were part of the advertising I would have passed this over. Now I'm stuck. It says 30 days returns on the webpage for Walmarts Microsoft 365 personal software. If it says you honor returns well you better honor it. Hey Walmart I want my money back now! I'm not happy!!!! I feel bait and switched!!!!

I was not able to activate this program from Microsoft. It downloaded but would not allow me to activate - therefore could not use it. Took my laptop to a computer expert who owned a computer repair shop.......and he could not activate it either. Microsoft kept throwing up 'security checks' - for what reason was never apparent...? After many attempts to make some use of it, I instructed the computer expert to uninstall it.....no good to me if I cannot use it...? I need Walmart to credit my card account for this purchase, which I never used....?
