Microsoft Office Home and Student 2016 for Mac

Since Microsoft Office products are used in my workplace on pcs, & I often work on them while traveling or at home on my Mac, I purchased this update to my 2011 version for Mac. I only use it for basic documents and spreadsheets, so can't attest to performance for more complex tasks, but it's been stable & works well for my needs.

Package arrived sooner than expected. The download and activation was smooth and fast.

Came in a timely manner and was as expected.

I just updated from Microsoft 2011 on my Mac today. It appears that it is an improvement and should be more compatible with my newer operating system. I'm currently using El Capitan and the older version of Microsoft was definitely aging out and not working well. Not ready to recommend this software until I test it out.

Able to download with little trouble.

Although the box and the product description clearly stated the program was for Mac, the resulting downloaded program was for a Windows PC. The program was incompatible with Mac. Therefore it had to be returned for a refund.

The product key arrived early, but as soon as I typed it in to Microsoft's download form, it told me that someone else had already redeemed it and that I would not be able to download the software that I had just paid over $100 for. I contacted a Microsoft employee directly by chat and they confirmed that the product key was already in use. I believe this product key was delivered through BMS Innovations. I received a phone number of BMS Innovations from Walmart support, but when I called it, it said it was disconnected. Walmart support also told me that BMS Innovations would contact me by email within a few business days with some kind of resolution, but BMS Innovations never contacted me. Thankfully, Walmart was very helpful and gave me a refund on the second call.

I though this was a DVD with software. It is a product that you type in to download
