This is the most difficult device to set-up. I have had several different PCs, Macs, and tablets over the years and never had an issue. I have had this tablet for two weeks and had to have my IT team determine how to bypass the initial steps just to get to the desktop. I cannot connect to my Outlook account (only reason I purchased this), Word/office is not working, had to buy a second keyboard because first one did not work, and the battery does not charge (have not determined if it is the device or the charger included). Endless hours spent on something that should have taken ten minutes. I purchased for work, specifically to take when I need to travel, however since nothing works, it is useless and has taken entirely too much of my time. Disappointing as it could have been a good device for good price. Returning.
