Microsoft Surface Book Laptop 13.5" 8GB/128GB Intel Core i5 processor Windows 10 Pro

I just received my Surface Book and so far I really love it. It's perfect for my home life and school work. When I received it, the surface pen wasn't with it. It showed in the description that it was supposed to be with it. I emailed the store that I received it from and was told that it was not included. They sent me a free surface pen due to the confusion and my troubles. I do recommend buying from them. They went out of my way to help me especially on a Sunday.

Great Device. Microsoft hit a Home Run here. Very responsive. The Pen is awesome. Touchpad is great. Love Windows 10 on this with the touch screen. This is the best Laptop I have had and an awesome tablet when un-docked from the base.

ordered 2 one would not hold charge other one is fine. Will be returning defective one tomorrow

The laptop battery would not charge out of the box. After 3 days dealing with microsoft support, they decided it was a hardware issue. It's evidently an issue that occurs with sufficient frequency there are "fixes" for it online. Sent it back and buying a Macbook instead

The lap top came completely dead and when I plugged in to charge it kept saying Plugged in , not charging. It was completely hard to get a person to help from tech support.

This appears to be a refurbished unit. It didn't have the official Surface pen in the original shipment (they did later provide an official pen). The Microsoft warranty was also expired. You can purchase a refurb unit for $700 elsewhere.

Computer looked brand new however the battery would not charge. Spent at least three hours on phone with technician and problem could not be resolved.
