The laptop is as expected but the reseller is great. I was planning on buying this and buying the upgrade to Win 11 pro but the reseller will just give you a product key by just asking for it. If I would have known that before I bought this , I would have bought 20 of these by now.
Laptop came packaged well and as expected. When tried to start up it just froze on the Windows screen. Had a tech person try several things and nothing worked. I know these things happen and Wal Mart made it easy to return it to the third party seller for a full refund.
