DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SHIPPER!!! The company who is selling this computer sold me an open and used item. I ordered this during the week of Thanksgiving while I was back home in the states from school as it is very hard for me to get a laptop with an American English keyboard abroad. When the boxes arrived the seal on the laptop had been broken and the machine had been used. I took pictures of everything, I called Walmart who said it wasn't available for return or replacement through them and I needed to contact the company who sold it through the market place. Walmart acknowledged that due to high volumes their Walmart system was having issues but gave me the sellers direct customer service email. I emailed them pictures, explained that Walmart asked me to reach out to them directly, that I was a student with only a few days home to sort this issue and asked for a replacement machine only to be told I was not allowed to return or exchange it. I called and spoke to the company's customer service explaining that I spoke to Walmart and sent an email. I was told “not to worry, send another email and we will look at the issues and take care of you.” My second email received the same exact response. No returns. No exchanges. I responded explaining my conversation with the support person but never received another response. I called Walmart again and they said I could bring it into the store. I bought it in with the email I received from Walmart authorizing the return only to be told it wasn't eligible EVEN WITH the authorization I received from the Walmart service team!!! Worst service ever
