No box; but awesome device.
My son wanted this tablet because he draws. Its perfect! It came with the keyboard(which we did not expect) and the pen. The only reason I did not give it 5 stars is because it arrived without a box, which could only mean it's used. We thought we were ordering a new,in the box, item.

Picture is shown with keyboard attached it makes you think that it come with the purchase- it does Not Very small print on bottom of page Shows that it does not come with this purchase

Kim's perfect packaged good condition but the stylus pen was not with the Surface Pro 4 I bought as it says in the items description.

Not as pictured
I ordered this item, gave as a present. In every picture of the item there is a blue cover/keyboard. This item doesn't come with a cover/keyboard. It's an extra 150.

Do not buy. They will not send you the laptop they have scammed me and other people the same way

Got a junk one.
Item did not come in a factory box. Back of the item was cracked. Appears to have been used and returned. Does not come with the keyboard that is pictured in all the item descriptions. Was returned for refund.

Not functioning, not as described.
This item is NOT as described. Arrived without the pictured stand or pen, which had to be purchased separately. The touch screen didn't work at all, and the Surface Pro wouldn't boot, no matter what we tried. Afraid it is a poorly refurbished model, as it came without original packaging and had no information, besides not working. Returning for full refund.
