Nice tablet. The description said a touch screen keyboard and backlit keyboard was featured; however, it only came with the touch screen keyboard. I was disappointed with that feature. It was easy setup and file transfer.
Need to buy everything (cover etc) separately, and it only comes with Win11 Home so I had to pay for an upgrade. orherwise fantastic deal, very happy
My packaged arrived safefly. The box that it was package in was dinged up, but the packge inside appears unscaved. My item is a christmas gift so it has not been opened it yet.
Works great very fast has USB C ports, but no USB 2.0 or 3.0 this is a snapdragon arm processor but it will not work with some older printers. Because drivers are not available.
I gave it 4 stars because of the price. This is my second Surface Pro. The last version I had was the 5th version! It still works fine, but I am in college %26 decided it's time to upgrade, especially since my S.P. 5 could no longer be updated. I am not a gamer, so I can't give you guys an opinion in that area. I am not the most tech-savvy person, so I am still going thru it when I can and figuring out how to use all the new?⁰o⁶
i thought this was a bundle, with the keyboard?? I 5 receive the keyboard.
have had to send it in to Microsoft twice to be repaired. not reliable. taken 28 days to be repaired in total that I was without a computer.
didn't receive my keyboard as advertised. giving the run around.
recieved a product with smudges on back, seller didn't honor their offer/deals listed on Walmart, listed as bundle but only sent surface pro 11 dune, upon contacting got reply that keyboard need to be purchased separately, whilst Walmart customer care confirmed that its a bundle deal and keyboard will be included, never buy from listings from antonline.com and also request Walmart management to ban this seller for duping Walmart customers
I love the Surface Pro! However, the bundle includes a keyboard and I have still not received it! I have sent several emails since receiving the Surface on 12/2. The only one was on 12/2 stating Walmart would contact the seller to fix issue. NOT FIXED. ALLMI WANT IS THE KEYBOARD PORTION OF THE BUNDLE!!
