Too glitchy for my usage
First off, when I purchased this item, the picture showed the Microsoft Surface Pro with the attached keyboard. I thought it might've been too good to be true, and indeed, when I received the item, it did not include the keyboard. I consider that false advertising. Second of all, I have owned many Apple products and many Microsoft products. Microsoft has a long way to go before it can match Apple as far as performance. I was shocked by how long this computer/tablet took to boot up. And the touch is very glitchy on the windows 11 operating system. The bottom line is that this tablet/computer simply takes much longer to do things as compared to an iPad Air 13 inch. I returned it. Microsoft seems to be constantly chasing its competitors and when it does come out with something somewhat original, it usually does not meet the expectations. That's my opinion anyways.
