Some buttons are more sensitive than others. Grip covers over the next two years of use will begin to peel and separate from the plastic shell. Highly recommend buying a rubber skin to go over the grips. It prevents this from happening. Controller is far better than standard controllers. Time your purchases went on sale, do not pay full price.
the prices of this controller dropped after purchase
Sturdy, heavy-duty construction. Comfortable to hold and use for long gaming sessions.
Amazing product so far... Well packed and shipped... Thank you ...
Works great
Feels heavy and solid. Well built. Also rechargeable battery life is impressive - after about 5 hours of play the battery isn't even showing any drop in charge. I have read that these don't hold up as well as a regular controller, but time will tell. Right now the price is climbing, so I'd recomment waiting. I paid $225 for an item that lists for $180 and it's at $300 or more as of this writing.
It looks used.
Great controller but it's the most unreliable controller on the market I've had mine for 3 days and RB started double clicking and the Y button just don't work half the time
Overpriced garbage that breaks very easily from general use. Bumpers give out and stop working after about 3 months of use and now it constantly disconnects. These are known issues for over 2 years and Microsoft hasn't done anything about it still. Don't waste your money on this when the standard controllers work better and last longer.
Sold me a used controller, even though I purchased a new one. I waited 3 weeks for delivery in November 2021. All seals had been opened, lot/date had been removed next to the s/n and it had already been register with hardly any warranty left on it. Condition was very used. I can't believe they are allowed to sell through Walmart with these tactics.
