I have issues with this system and Xbox is telling me it was purchased in Nov 2019. Did you all sell me a used Xbox system? This is soooo not right, please provide some services for this system as the controller does not work!

It freezes and restarts even during gameplay. I am disappointed. It has the same issues as my old one had. A total waste of $320.
