It's better then my last controller

The controller is working well and we received what was described. The pricing was good compared to other sites we checked out.

I like the design and it's easy to use.

Not solid gray. Specail Needs Adult do not like change. Ordered solid gray. That is not what I received. Did receive page with high light markerings serial %23 and on invoice. Like not trusted. What showes on picture is not the color I received. Not happy! I wonder if you know about the paperwork they send to customer. Like everyone is dishonest. They sent wrong color. Do not know how to add pic but item gray camouflage black and dark silver. wrong item order. He loves how it works but not me. I ordered gray solid.

This controller did not come in a "new" package. It was a brown box

We ordered this for my son off the Walmart app. It says in the item description- “brown box packaging” so what you'll get is just a controller in a brown box. It seems in decent condition (no scratches or anything like that) but is it used, refurbished, or open box? It's anyone's guess because it doesn't specify in the ad/item description. I would advise you save your money (especially now that it's $80) and buy a new one for a little bit more in store or from Microsoft or at the very least, contact this 3rd party seller selling on Walmart's app which it is so you know ow what you're getting.

broke controller! left analog sticks and not a textured controller waste of time and money!!! I want my money back now !!!!!
