The product itself is amazing. The shipping arrived earlier than expected. Only concern i had was that outer most box looked like it was repacked by a shipper and wasn't in the best of shape when it came in. Needless to say, the product was completely fine and I placed more orders to come. Thanks.

Other than not getting a response from seller, everything seems to be fine. Its a birthday gift, so its not been opened yet. Hopefully everything is fine though. Only giving it 3 stars because of lack of communication.

I am extremely disappointed. After reading the reviews that state this is a brand new system. I went ahead a bought one. Mine came in a tore up box with circle stickers over previous circle stickers that had been cut. clearly not brand new. I paid $434.00 for a pre-owned system that's not right at all. what a joke. if the systems not brand new why don't you state that on your add. I'll be returning this most definitely. for the amount of money I paid I deserve a brand new xbox one x, not a used piece of junk with a messed up controller. Thanks for nothing.

We ordered this last week and it did come on time but the box seemed like it was open previously. We hooked everything up and the system does turn on but nothing would show on the TV. We tried different cables and different settings on TV and stuff but no luck. I don't know if it was the specific hdr setting on the HDR or if it got damaged over shipping.
