The graphics on this console are way better than those on previous xbox one models, the detail on the horizons in PUBG was great, and it really helped in the game play. It looks great on a 4K tv. if you are looking for a new xbox with a shooter bundle, I would definitely recommend getting the One X with PUBG. The game also loaded very quickly compared to other gaming systems, i.e., Nintendo switch, so if you plan on gaming online the Xbox One X would definitely be a good choice. I personally have played PlayStation my whole life, but I actually really enjoyed this product and would consider switching. However, since it's still new, it is pricey so it's definitely an investment.

Microsoft delivered an awesome console with the Xbox One X. First impressions are very impressive: PROS: - Amazing graphics: The HDR makes games look sharper, with more vivid colors (especially on a 4K resolution TV) - Native 4K: The XB1X hits true 4k unlike other consoles that use tech to up the resolution to appear sharper. Even without a 4k TV, the XB1X will make images look sharper and cleaner, proving it's power is second to none. - Powerful performance: No lag, very fluid gameplay. Not sure if it's just me hyped up about the console or not but I feel like loading times are much faster. - Design: It's amazing how small the console is, which allows it blend in anywhere. It follows previous Xbox One S designs, with boxy edges but a bit smaller. Amazing how much performance is packed into the small size. CONS: - Price: The best and most powerful console on the market commands a high ticket price, and rightfully so. However, if performance isn't your top priority then this might not be the console for you. The inclusion of PUBG is a bonus and the game is great. I personally believe it's a more realistic and tactical version of Fortnite. Overall, I'm very happy with the XB1X. The performance is noticeably better than its predecessor, the One S and better than the PS4 Pro. Until someone else comes out with a better console, XB will remain the clear cut winner with X. Was able to demo the Xbox One X, and, as a long time PlayStation owner, this is the first time I was convinced to purchase an Xbox since the days of the 360 and I'm stoked that I did. Not only am I getting the same games that I'd be purchasing for PS4, but playing PUBG with the Elite controller and even a decent pair of headphones made an engaging experience even more so. Playing through Forza was amazing since the graphics were presented near perfectly across all four seasons in the game. I can't wait to get Red Dead Redemption 2 on the Xbox One X, I know it's going to be an amazing experience! AND I'm finally able to watch my 4K movie titles... I was once a gaming newb when I was younger but in the past few years I've been really dedicated to learning how to play video games and, most importantly, how to play them well. I've had many consoles in the past, but the Xbox One X is extremely special. I've played on the Xbox One S before and since they're pretty similar, I was wondering how much of an upgrade I could expect from shelling out another ~200. The Xbox One S is good enough for streaming video and watching Netflix and playing video games casually. It has great graphics and is a great value at around $300 if you're the type of person who enjoys playing video games every so often. But, if you're a serious gamer, you should be buying the Xbox One X. If you're a serious gamer, you know that any lags or delays can be super annoying and traumatizing. The most intense games come down to split second boosts or shoots. You don't want to let yourself down, and you don't want to let your team down. If you're a serious gamer, you care about graphics and processing power. The Xbox One X is the most powerful game console on the market today. Fact. It has 1 Terabyte of processing power making it 40% more powerful than any other console on the market. This means that your character will shoot faster, buildings in the distance will load faster, you'll be able to see your enemy faster than it sees you (unless they have the Xbox One X too). Having this console is like having a cheat code for every game. You'll just play better on it simply because it's more powerful, it reacts/ loads faster, and games play smoother. It has 12GB of graphic memory to speed up your load time and allow you to explore further than you have ever explored before. It can handle it! The Xbox One X also has 4k graphics. What does this mean? This means that things in the game will appear almost as realistic as life itself. Vibrant, clear, bright. Me, by wearing glasses, probably can't see clearer than the 4k graphics this console can project. The amazing graphics also allows you to customize your world. If you want to see 3 miles away vs 1 mile away on the map-- you can control that via this console. The Xbox One S doesn't have the capacity to do that but this console can. Graphics are really important when you want to immerse yourself in a world and this console does it better than any other on the market. What makes this product an amazing value is the fact that it's a bundle that comes with the console, a controller, and the instant download of a game to get you started. It also gives you 1 month Xbox Game Pass trial that gives you access to hundreds of games and 1 month of Xbox Live Gold so you can play to your heart's content. Really great present for any of your gamer friends, or wannabe gamer friends. Honestly, this bundle should cost a lot more with everything included. TL;DR Play games the way they're meant to be played, and be the best player you can be with the Xbox One X. Best choice for the serious gamer. As the console that Microsoft consistently touts as the most powerful console, the Xbox One X certainly does not disappoint. Features: - Native 4k gaming and HDR - 4k Blu-ray player - Xbox One ecosystem - Dolby Atmos support - 3x USB Ports (allowing external hard drives which is almost a necessity for anyone who has a decently large library of digital games) - Gigabit ethernet port - 2x HDMI Ease of use: The package arrived in great condition and setup was extremely simple - plug and play! Simple process of entering in redemption codes allowing instant access to the game and features Value: From a value standpoint, it doesn't get much better than this. It comes with the most raved about game of 2018 - PUBG, and even throws in a free month of Xbox Live Gold and Xbox Game Pass (valued at $20/month) allowing you to instantly play PUBG online (as well as all the other games that are given to you as part of game pass) Performance: For those who can't decide between the Xbox One X or its slightly cheaper brethren, one thing's for certain, you get what you pay for. The Xbox One X packs more RAM (quicker loading and better performance) and it's GPU is 4x as powerful when compared to the Xbox One S which translates to a better overall experience. 4k is stunning and games perform noticeably smoother and load quicker. While playing the game, I was wearing stereo headphones since you're supposed to rely on your sense of sound to determine where the action was going on, which made it as if I was really in the game itself. Compared to other shooters which tells you where you're getting shot at, this was a nice change. My 10 minute demo was too short, I wanted to play more.

Just to level set - I'm coming from owning the original Xbox one for the last 6 years or so. In comparison to that, the Xbox One X offers some really great hardware, a big upgrade from the original and it's noticeable in terms of speed. Loads times are certainly better, and installations are also faster. There's also more power for things like streaming your games and recording, and the ability to play bigger games with more lifelike quality. The question is - are you willing to pay the premium for these types of features if perhaps you don't care about streaming, or if you're not going to notice a huge difference in every pixel or frame. For me - those things are not important, so that's why I took the value of this item down a notch. The other thing that STILL erks me is the main OS. I feel like it's still buggy, causes issues that were never there in Xbox 360 days (so why would they be here now). For exmaple - starting a party with more than 2 people has never been more complicated and full of bugs, especially when trying to get more than 2 friends in a party. I realize this is agnostic of which Xbox console to invest in, but it's a factor worth considering if you're spending $500 on a console that comes with frustrations. All in all - it's still a great console, full of excellent features that bring all your entertainment options into one place. But you have to consider the price tag and what's worth it to you. Certainly a Xbox One X and it did come with PUBG (the code worked despite being expired). But the free 1 month Xbox Live Gold and Game Passes contained expired codes, and I had to purchase them myself. And the console has the overheating issues that the XB1X is well known for.
