This bacon rack works wonderfully! We use three slices of bacon and cut in half as it fits better. I would also recommend, depending on your microwave, to start a lower cook time than the stated recommendations. Five minutes was too much, 4 minutes was still too much, and we found that 3 minutes was ideal, but as I stated, it all depends on your microwave.
The best part, once you take the bacon out, you can use the drainage grease and put in a small pan (I recommend covering the pan) to fry your eggs! Absolutely perfect! We can do 4 eggs (2 at a time) with a little butter added, and they come out delicious! No muss, no fuss, enjoy!
