I cooked it for 6:30. Kept a strong eye on it because I have never prepared a potato this way. It was delightful. Loaded it with some chopped veggies and beef. Added some guacamole and hot sauce with just a touch of honey. Amazing. Texture came out perfect. Not mushy at all. Probably the best meal I have had in weeks. This meal will be a monthly staple. I'm telling everyone about this!
I HAVE BEEN BUYING THESE FOR A LONG TIME. THEY ARE SIMPLY AND DELICIOUS. THEY STAY WELL. SIX TO EIGHT MINUTES IN THE MICROWAVE , BUTTER, BROWN SUGAR, CINNAMON AND A FEW MARSHMALLOWS AND IT IS HEAVEN! COULD NOT BE EASIER. I USUALLY GET THESE WITH A DELIVERY.
these microwave ready sweet potatoes are awesome they are so quick to me you don't do anything to them you don't have to poke them you don't have to put them in anything you don't unwrap them and they come out perfect every time nice and soft and delicious
I prepare this tasty treats for my family sliced baked or grilled with brown sugar and garlic butter no matter how you cook them they are delicious every time
In my opinion, sweet potatoes are delicious no matter how you prepare them. A good baked sweet potato hot with butter is satisfying, healthy and can be prepared in the oven or the microwave. I chose to purchase the microwaveable potato because I have most of my groceries delivered (I recommend it!) and will know exactly what I will receive. It was easy to cook and had great taste and texture. My only regret was that it was smaller than I would have liked, but I will buy this fresh product again.
Love that they are so easy to cook. Just put them in the microwave. Really good for a single person. Only downside is that you don’t buy them too soon. When they pass their expiration date (which is unknown), they will get mushy and start leaking all over. Huge mess!
I have ordered numerous times and always enjoyed but this last order was dissappointing. The sweet potatoe had about 5 molding bad spots inside the wrapper that I didn't see until I got home because my order was a pick up order and I did not pick out the potatoe. Bad choice by Walmart shopper or the produce manager is not on top of their job.
I put colored pencils for size reference in picture. The two sweet potatoes on the left are what I am reviewing. They are supposed to be baker sweet potatoes. I shop on-line and wanted a couple of good-sized sweet potatoes, So I ordered these to be sure they were good-sized and had a nice skin. The larger one on the right cost under $1. The 2 on the left that should have been nicer than they are cost over $3 for the pair. After skin comes off, I will probably have more out of the one than the two. So, one more thing I won't be buying while on-line shopping.
What I did not like about it was the fact that four out of the five times I purchased this simply perfect sweet potato and cellophane it was moldy or rotten. That's what I dislike about it rotten produce. What I like about it is that I have a choice never to buy this brand again.
Sweet potato was completely rotten on one end the people paid to pull the groceries should pay better attention and take the time to do it right! This is why I pay for a membership not to have a lazy person pick out crappy food! Tell me who should eat this?????
