Mid America Open Louver Vinyl Shutters (1 Pair)

Great looking, correct size. Very pleased.

Received three sets good quality fairly easy in most instances to put up but I was drilling into brick so it took fifty dollars worth of bits to get them up but after finally getting all the drilling done they look great. Can't beat them for the price.

I am so pleased with my purchase. The delivery was so fast and the pricing was so reasonable. All the hardware was included with options. I would HIGHLY recommend this company to anyone for their products. Thank you, it was a pleasure to do business with such a reputable firm.

The quality of the shutters I purchased was great. The appearance of the shutters matched the website pictures/description perfectly. The processing and shipping time of my order was also fairly quick and was problem free. I would definitely recommend ordering from this company again.

Shutters look good. And match my old shutters great. Only downside is the are made a little flimsier than the old ones not as much material on the supports. But work well and for the price and shipping was fast. I would definitely recommend and buy again.

Both orders of shutters shipped promptly. However, both orders were missing a package of 12 screws, which I needed for installation. QC lacking perhaps? Also there was a lot of sprue left on the shutters from the molding process which had to be cut away before I could install, especially the very rough left side edge of all 8 of them. The great thing about the company is the customer service. When I called about the missing screws in both orders they promptly shipped them out. They are courteous and professional in that department. I would order from them again.

The items them self were great, however one set of the shutters did not have any of the mounting hardware included in the box. therefore I had to go to town and require the items at an additional cost to me when they were suppose to come with the shutters.

I would like to give them a perfect review but they sent me the wrong color. Instead of Midnight Green shutters, they sent me Midnight Blue. So had to return the Midnight Blue and am now waiting on the Midnight Green> Mistakes happen. They were quick to correct the mistake. I would order from them again. No one's perfect.

When you place an order for 14 an 5/8" x39" in Black and they send 14 an 5/8" x 25" in brown. What's up with that?

MBS says they're vinyle but my contractor says they're plastic. I believe my contractor because they're more rigid than the other vinyle shutters I bought. More importantly the vinyl costs more-so I paid for vinyl but got plastic. MBS has not given a price adjustment for the difference between vinyl versus plastic.
