Great customer service!
I had such a great experience with this company. When my shipment came, there was a mix up, and they sent the wrong size. I messaged them directly and had a very quick response time, and they took care of everything! Would highly recommend. The quality of the shutters are great, also!

Perfect and looks beautiful
I ordered the dark blue shutters. They arrived faster than expected. These are very nice and sturdy shutters. Very easy install. The screws to install are included. Took me less than 5 minutes to install one pair of shutters. The color is perfect and adds so much beauty to my house. I highly recommend these shutters.

Window treatment
Bought these for a guest bedroom double windows. So this was an interior mount. Very happy with them .... light enough in weight to hang but can see the lightness of them may not work for outside.

Look great!
Look great against our white siding. Only had them up for about 3 weeks but I think they will last for years. Pretty straightforward to install.

The Shudders really accentuate your Windows. Add a CastleCreek Awning set with them to really make your windows look 1st class

missing pieces-but the product was really good
I ordered 5 boxes (10) shutters and 1 box did not have the plastic screws ..i called mid America to ask for a replacement of the screws...and i received no response...

Not made to exact specifications.
Their shutters were 1/2 inch too long. I had to cut them down to exact size.
