I got these to put up after my house was painted. I selected these because they were very nicely priced and seemed excellent quality. My painter installed them and they are lovely. He said they were easy to work with and had no issues with anything. They look they gave my home is awesome! I love these!!!

I am very happy with shutters. When we purchased a new window for our shed we did not realize it would be difficult to find 24” shutters at any of the local home stores. I was pleased with the color match to our door and finding the size we needed. Between delivery and installation, and customer service, this company a 10!

The quality of the shutters I purchased was great. The appearance of the shutters matched the website pictures/description perfectly. The processing and shipping time of my order was also fairly quick and was problem free. I would definitely recommend ordering from this company again.

We needed to order a special size shutter that we could not find anywhere local. MBS had the size we wanted and shipped them out to us right away. They match to perfection the color and design of the other ones we have around our house. The shipping time was great too! We order a lot of things online and lately, it has been a guessing game as to when we will receive anything. I called MBS and a nice woman checked on the delivery of our special order with no problem. We received them within days. Good product - good people - good company.

Both orders of shutters shipped promptly. However, both orders were missing a package of 12 screws, which I needed for installation. QC lacking perhaps? Also there was a lot of sprue left on the shutters from the molding process which had to be cut away before I could install, especially the very rough left side edge of all 8 of them. The great thing about the company is the customer service. When I called about the missing screws in both orders they promptly shipped them out. They are courteous and professional in that department. I would order from them again.

Shutters look good. And match my old shutters great. Only downside is the are made a little flimsier than the old ones not as much material on the supports. But work well and for the price and shipping was fast. I would definitely recommend and buy again.

The items them self were great, however one set of the shutters did not have any of the mounting hardware included in the box. therefore I had to go to town and require the items at an additional cost to me when they were suppose to come with the shutters.

I would like to give them a perfect review but they sent me the wrong color. Instead of Midnight Green shutters, they sent me Midnight Blue. So had to return the Midnight Blue and am now waiting on the Midnight Green> Mistakes happen. They were quick to correct the mistake. I would order from them again. No one's perfect.

When you place an order for 14 an 5/8" x39" in Black and they send 14 an 5/8" x 25" in brown. What's up with that?
