LotR never looked and sounded so good. Price was less than I found anywhere else. Someone said discs don't work in the USA, but that wasn't true for me. I'm definitely stateside and they're great.

LOTR is top tier fantasy and in 4k is absolutely the best it's ever looked. The hobbit is in the best form it's been in as well.

This is a fantastic collection of all the films in 4k.

Would have been great. It even showed up early, which is why I got the extra star but unfortunately, out of the 12 - 4k discs included in the 31 disc set, only one played. All the blu-rays played but that is not why I bought the collection in the first place. it's hard to distinguish the issues since the set is not sold by Walmart only distributed so I'm not even sure if the 4Ks are real I've never had a problem with the 4K disc that I bought in the store. My only other assumption would be that the long deliveries in the back of extremely hot delivery trucks, specifically your FedEx or UPS truck that is driving around with your DVD all day long in the back of his hot truck I know for a fact that heat can affect any kind of media on plastic discs. oh I'm saying is I've never had an issue with a 4K disk not playing except when ordering through online so buyer beware. I did however get my refund almost immediately I wasn't able to have it replaced like my Back to the Future set that I had to return also in the same order. Overall just disappointing.

more than half of the 4k ultra discs say invalid format in both a player and my ps5 making them unwatchable. the entire reason we purchased this set was for the extended editions in 4k. not worth the large price for only being able to watch the standard blu rays. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!
