Great portable AC unit. Love all the features. Installation quick and easy. See pictures. Keeps my he-shed at 70 degrees, low humidity when 85 outside and very humid.

Definitely worth the price, our room is 15x20, not counting 5x5 space before entering into walk-in closet. it was 88 in the room when we got it, it cooled the room down with in 5-10min. I did try the heating system for only 2-3min just to make sure it works as winter is hal a year away. it was hot. Assembly was easy, definitely recommend it

if it works out as well as my other midea products there is no doubt I will be nothing but completely satisfied. So far it is everything I expected.

This air conditioner works really well . I was a little skeptical about how cool it would make my living/ dining area but it gets cold . The remote is extremely convenient as well.

compared to the unit that covers 350 sq ft, this unit does cool a bit more at about the right percentage, however it does blow out warmer than the 350 sq ft unit so not sure how it cools more but it does. Bigger blower? I don't know but it does work better. and the heater does work, but it takes several minutes, maybe 10 minutes to switch from cooling to being to where you can feel the heat as a proper heater. It does heat with new heat and not just built up heat as the one reviewer mistakenly wrote, it just takes awhile to switch over, probably as a safety measure. Unfortunately, the walmart system does not let someone change reviews so THAT review cannot be changed. I got this one because the 350 sq ft unit was not keeping my 350 sq ft apartment properly cooled to set temperature, probably because of large window, so got new 450 sq ft unit with heater, and am putting 350 in storage because it still works. Note: being summer, I cannot fully test the heater function until it is winter, but the heater does blow out heat like a heater if you wait 5-10 minutes after switching from cooling.

The machine 1. Very loud 2. Not really portable: impractical to move to a second room and set up 3. The condensation has to be drained, or physically poured out.Lots of ways you can spill water inside 4, lots of parts to install

This air conditioner is not worth the price I paid for it. I have a smaller room in a single-wide trailer than what the air conditioner said it could cover and my room is still hot. I basically have to stand in front of the unit to get somewhat cool. I am just super frustrated that it was so expensive and even with the right set up and following of directions, it doesn't work like it is supposed to. I would not recommend.

got this under the impression that it did both functions efficiently. instead of producing actually hot heat it takes the heat that it produces from being on and just pushes it out. no actually heat is built in.

In May 2021. ... we purchased this unit in store. Beginning May 2022 we attempted to get it ready for the 2022 season. Blows only hot air. Compressor does not even activate when trying to get the air conditioning cycle to work. Storage over winter was in a closet approx. 4 feet from where we used it originally. Needless to say, it is well past the 30 days return and for the price that was paid this air conditioner it should still work this year. The heavy weight to send to the company is a deterrent for sending it to the company and I have been unable to find someone who repairs portable air conditioners nearby. Reading reviews I have learned that problems with the bigger models involve the cold not functioning but reverts to the heat cycle working instead, we need ac in summer not heat. Choose wisely, think before you buy, another model may serve you better ....... this was a lot of money to waste on a short term machine.
