MIDEA 12,000 BTU SmartCool Window Air Conditioner with WiFi and Voice Control

This A/C unit is a life saver!!! Instantly cools down my apartment even set at 65°. Its very quiet and cools my open livingroom, dinning room and kitchen down plus my bed rooms that are off to the side! I was hesitant because i never used this brand before but if your concerning it, i promise you will not regret this purchase. I picked up in store with no hassle putting in.

The Media 12,000 BTU A/C unit is now a Window Queen in our master bedroom which is a large converted over sized 2 car garage. This little unit is a work horse and does the job nicely. While not the quietest of units, it is not loud enough to be a bother while sleeping at night. At it's price range, this unit will be hard to beat. I would recommend to friends and family.

In recent heat wave, a friend of mine said his central air was out at home, on the weekend, 4th of July long weekend at that. He lives in a rural area with few stores. I bought this at my local Sam Club and drove it down. We installed it in his living room window. It came with everything needed. Turned it on high and let it run. Puts our very cold air. Even in high it seemed quiet to me. While it was trying to catch up in a hot house we went to bed, still pretty warm inside. Woke up in the middle of the night as I was chilly!! Easily cools his probably 1000 sq ft house easily. He loves it!

We use this in the kitchen of our ice cream parlor located In Hawai’i. Needless to say, it gets excruciatingly hot because we make all our own syrups for shave ice, hot fudge sauce, caramel sauce, brownies, etc. This air conditioner cools the kitchen down far better than I expected. I would highly recommend this unit

I love that I can control this unit with an app which is very user friendly. The unit is quiet, even when first starting up…I enjoy white noise. I obviously comment on longevity, but I do expect this to last quite a while. Highly recommend!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Performance and capacity: I installed this 8000 BTU unit in a 110 square foot nursery. During a specific test with the door closed the app showed an 11° temperature drop in just 15 minutes. Under normal circumstance, we keep the door open, and the unit has enough power to cool the room while also helping to take the edge off the heat in the hallway. The app and controls: The app is really useful. We used it to monitor the initial temperature drop and we use it to set sleep schedules. Being able to preset the temperature for specific times at night is convenient for a nursery, and the energy usage tracking gives a clear look at what the unit is costing to run. Installation and old windows: If you're installing this in older wooden windows, the brackets and lock frames can be a bit confusing. The mounting points at the top edge of the unit where it hits the sash were key to getting it lined up. My windows are extremely old, which resulted in a significant Gap under the unit. The AC does include some foam to help seal gaps, but I suggest having extra adhesive foam on hand to ensure you get a completely airtight seal if your frames are uneven like mine. I would recommend this unit as I found it capable of cooling fast and the smart features add a level of control that makes managing a nursery temperature much easier it's a reliable choice if you need consistent cooling and want to track your efficiency

I love being able to to adjust the temperature from my phone or just by telling Alexa and the timer and sleep mode are very convenient. It cools down the room fast and keeps it super comfortable. Setup was straightforward and didn’t take long, having an extra set of hands definitely helps since its heavy. Overall love this sturdy, powerful, smart ac!

The air conditioner appears to be very good not as quiet as I thought it would be but don't know it's really very good and puts out a lot of cold air we've only had it a couple of days but it took a long time to have it delivered I don't think that Sam's club is the delivery company All in all it's well worth the money compared to everything else
